Who we are
J K C Management Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at The Hyde Industrial Estate, Brighton BN2 4JE, by phone on 01903 600500, or by email at [email protected].
Enquiries
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address and enquiry, and any company name and telephone number you choose to give. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and deal with any work that follows. Each enquiry is emailed to us, and a copy is kept on our web server. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: replying to people who contact us.
The form runs automatic spam checks. Messages it blocks are kept in a private review log for 90 days. To limit abuse, it also counts enquiries per connection using a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which is deleted within two hours.
Server logs and security
Like most websites, our web server logs each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page asked for, your browser details and the page you came from. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working, and delete them after 14 days. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: keeping the site secure.
Cloudflare provides security and delivery for this site, so your requests pass through its network. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to block attacks and deliver pages quickly.
Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and how the site is used. Google receives your IP address and details of your visit, and may process them outside the UK. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and we don’t use Google Analytics for advertising. Nothing from Google Analytics loads until you accept. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Google Maps (only if you choose)
Our contact page can show a Google Map. It loads only if you click “Show map” or allow maps in Cookie settings. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. Our legal basis is your consent.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. Server logs are deleted after 14 days, and your cookie choice lasts 6 months.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site: our web host and email provider, Cloudflare and, if you allow it, Google.
